Executive mentoring

The “ALI” mentoring program is a personalized executive support process designed for professionals seeking to align victories in the workplace with personal growth and self-leadership.
Its goal is to enhance participants’ leadership skills through a tailored, human-centered mentoring approach that enables them to become the best version of themselves and commit deeply to organizational transformation.
The program focuses on developing four key areas, using a model that cultivates the following core leadership abilities (or “vitamins”):

  • Determination to Produce (P)
  • Discipline to Administer (A)
  • Proactivity to Entrepreneur (E)
  • Sensitivity to Integrate (I)

A transformational journey through a structured process with key milestones:

  • Combines elements of Coaching (thinking better), Mentoring (expert guidance) and Consulting (actionable solutions) to drive both personal and organizational transformation simultaneously.
  • The process is 100% tailored and typically lasts between 8–10 months, including:
    • 8 personalized sessions, each 60–75 minutes long (online or in-person), based on a proprietary methodology.
    • Pre-session work: curated readings and reflective exercises.
    • A dedicated “intellectual diet”: 30 minutes daily of curated videos, readings, and reflection.
    • Ongoing access via phone, email or video for support throughout the process.
  • Includes a professional assessment using either the Leadership Insights Test (LiT) or the Leadership Circle Profile, a globally recognized evaluation system. Álvaro Marín is certified in both tools across Europe and the US.
  • When working with 4 to 8 professionals from the same company, the program includes:
    • A kick-off session to align expectations and objectives.
    • A group closure session to share collective learnings and breakthrough stories, led by Álvaro Marín.
